We are a family run business providing bespoke CCTV security services

Established in 1997, Meridian CCTV is an independent, family owned business who pride themselves on their long-term client relationships from multiple vertical sectors including, commercial, industrial and education.

The company’s ethos focuses on providing a personal, one-to-one service. Meridian appoints a senior account manager as the primary point of contact to each customer. All installation or hardware adjustments or calls for support will always be dealt with by the same person. 

All of the Meridian team including sales, administrators, engineers and subcontractor installers have worked with the company for 15-20 years. All of Meridian’s engineers are trained and certified by the manufacturers of our preferred supplier partners. 

Successful relationships don't stop with the client base, Meridian thrives on the latest technology and products the industry has to offer. By working closely with long affiliated product supplier partners, Meridian provides the latest and best possible security solutions to its clients.

Regular development and training days with preferred supplier partners allow Meridian to continue to evolve and remain up-to-date with the latest product’s and best practices for maintenance and installation.

To ensure clients receive the most efficient service, Meridian aims to operate within a 50 mile radius of central Birmingham, this allows for rapid response to customers needs, whether that be an emergency call out or user assistance.
